A Star Trek Voyager Elite Force skinpack by neural-link
It uses parts of Raven's original Heretic 2 skins, mainly for the torso, the legs and face dont use much. I have Raven's approval of using the skins and sounds from Heretic 2 (thanks Raven Software). Due to the fact that when I made these there was no MDR converter, I couldn't edit the leg & chest model files properly; thus, the skins are not as accurate as I wanted them to be.
Includes: CTF skins, taunt sounds and Bot support.
